Six Controlled Stages, One Batch Record

Raw Material Intake
Every inbound lot is sampled and checked against specification before being released to the warehouse.
Reaction & Processing
Temperature, pressure and feed rate are recorded automatically by the DCS system for each batch.
Purification
Filtration, crystallisation and distillation stages remove impurities to the contracted grade.
In-Process Testing
QC samples each batch for purity, moisture, pH and heavy metals before release to packing.
Packing
Automated filling lines handle 25 kg bags and 500 kg / 1,000 kg jumbo bags.
Dispatch & Documentation
COA, packing list and MSDS travel with every shipment; retention samples are kept for 24 months.
Batch records link raw material lots, in-process parameters, QC results and dispatch documents under one batch number. Customers can request the full record during supplier audits or when investigating a quality question.
