Documented Quality, Safety and Environmental Performance
Certified management systems, an in-house testing laboratory and batch-level records that customers can verify during supplier qualification.
Control Points From Incoming Material to Batch Release
Our quality system is certified to ISO 9001:2015 and operates through documented specifications, defined control points and signed batch records.
Documented specification per product
Each product has an internal specification sheet defining test items, methods, acceptance limits and sampling frequency.
Incoming raw material control
Every inbound lot is sampled and verified against the purchase specification before being released to the warehouse.
In-process checkpoints
Critical process parameters are monitored by the DCS system, with alarms set at the limits defined in the process instruction.
Finished batch release
A batch is released for dispatch only after QC signs the certificate of analysis against the full specification.
Retention samples
Retention samples of every batch are kept for 24 months, allowing comparison when a customer reorders or raises a question.
Corrective action tracking
Non-conformities, customer complaints and audit findings are logged with root cause analysis and a tracked action plan.
In-House QC Laboratory
Routine testing is completed on site, so batch results are available within 24 hours of production. Third-party testing can be arranged at an independent laboratory on request.

Routine Test Items
- Purity / Assay by titration and GC
- Moisture content (Karl Fischer)
- pH value of 1% aqueous solution
- Insoluble matter and residue on ignition
- Heavy metals (Pb, As, Cd, Hg) by ICP-OES
- Particle size distribution by laser diffraction
- Colour and appearance against retained standard
- Bulk density and flowability for packed goods
- Viscosity for liquid resins and auxiliaries
- Retention sample comparison for repeat orders
Certificate of analysis workflow
- Step 1Batch Sampling
Samples are drawn from three points of each finished batch.
- Step 2Laboratory Analysis
Full specification testing is completed within 24 hours.
- Step 3COA Issued
A signed certificate of analysis is generated per batch number.
- Step 4Release & Archive
Batch is released for dispatch; records archived for 24 months.
Safety Management on the Production Base
Certified to ISO 45001:2018. Safety performance is managed through hazard classification, training, drills and documented work permits.
Hazardous area management
Production zones are classified by hazard type, with electrical equipment, ventilation and signage matched to the classification.
Monthly emergency drills
Chemical spill response, fire suppression and evacuation drills are conducted monthly and recorded for review.
Personal protective equipment
PPE requirements are defined per task, issued to all staff and inspected during routine safety walks.
Safety training hours
All production staff complete at least 24 hours of safety training per year before working on the lines.
Contractor safety control
Maintenance and construction contractors complete site induction and work permit procedures before entering production areas.
Dangerous goods handling
Packing, labelling and loading of dangerous goods follow UN and GHS requirements, handled by trained and certified staff.
Emission Control and Waste Management
Certified to ISO 14001:2015. Wastewater, exhaust gas and solid waste are handled by on-site treatment facilities and licensed contractors under permit conditions.
Wastewater treatment station
Process wastewater is treated on site by neutralisation, coagulation and biological treatment before discharge to the park treatment facility under permit limits.
Exhaust gas treatment
Reaction and drying vents are routed through scrubbing and dust collection systems, with online monitoring at the discharge point.
Solid waste management
Hazardous residues are segregated, labelled and transferred to licensed disposal contractors with documented transfer records.
Energy and emission reduction
Heat recovery from reaction and drying stages reduced unit energy consumption across the water treatment line commissioning.
Certified Systems and Registrations
Certificates and audit reports are available to customers during supplier qualification. Only systems and registrations actually held are listed.
