Batch Traceability System Upgraded Across All Production Lines

The batch traceability system has been extended to all production lines. Every finished batch now carries a unique code that links raw material lots, in-process records, QC results and dispatch documents in a single record.

For customers, this means a certificate of analysis can be verified against the underlying process data within one working day. Retention samples are kept for 24 months, so repeat orders can be compared against previous batches.

The upgrade also supports faster handling of quality enquiries. When a customer reports an issue, the technical team can retrieve the full production record for the affected batch and respond with documented findings.

Traceability documentation is available on request during supplier qualification and annual reviews.
